Hey there dears. We don’t know when we’ll be doing in-person performances again, but we know it will happen someday.
So from now though July 4th, if you can make a donation of any amount to an organization supporting racial equity, bail funds, justice, and civil rights, your receipt from that donation will get you into one future Rogue Players show of your choice.
(If we’re partnering with another company or theater, you may have to email us ahead of time so we can make sure there’s a ticket for you.)
This is such a little thing but we hope it directs some attention to some organizations fighting so hard to put good in the world, and to dismantle structures that poison us all. We’re going to use this comment thread to post great places we can recommend- as well as resources for if you can’t donate, if you’re not able to protest, etc.- and we’d love to get your recommendations here too.
We mourn for George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, Tony McDade, Nina Pop, Eric Garner, and countless publicly named and unnamed people.
